ceramic-based zwitterionic
polymer and a
lubricant, as well as their preparation method and application. The
cobalt-
ceramic-based zwitterionic
polymer provided by this invention has
cobalt-
ceramic cationic groups and
sulfonate anionic groups. The cobalt-ceramic groups have
high potential energy and exhibit
dynamic equilibrium adsorption and
desorption behavior on steel surfaces, forming a protective layer through multiple interfacial interactions. The
sulfonate groups have a strong affinity for water molecules, forming a highly hydrated interface. The cobalt-ceramic groups and
sulfonate groups have low
binding energy. Through the synergistic effect of the interaction between the cobalt-ceramic groups and the
metal surface and the strong hydration of the sulfonate groups, excellent
lubrication can be achieved, resulting in excellent anti-wear and friction-reducing effects on
metal /
metal friction pairs under different friction loads and frequencies.
