6 results about "Cobaltocene" patented technology

Cobaltocene, known also as bis(cyclopentadienyl)cobalt(II) or even "bis Cp cobalt", is an organocobalt compound with the formula Co(C₅H₅)₂. It is a dark purple solid that sublimes readily slightly above room temperature. Cobaltocene was discovered shortly after ferrocene, the first metallocene. Due to the ease with which it reacts with oxygen, the compound must be handled and stored using air-free techniques.

Preparation method of graphene ceramic heating element

The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene ceramic heating element, which comprises the following steps: firstly, taking tungsten carbide and cobaltocene as raw materials to obtain cobalt modified tungsten carbide; preparing a graphene-doped aluminum nitride precursor by taking aluminum chloride, urea and graphene as raw materials; then aluminum nitride, cobalt modified tungsten carbide, the graphene doped aluminum nitride precursor and silicon dioxide modified niobium nitride are mixed and subjected to ball milling, a binding agent and N-methyl and ethyl morpholine bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imide salt are added in the ball milling process, microwave treatment is conducted, and a premix is obtained; and finally, injecting the premix into a mold, molding to obtain a green body, sintering, and welding an electrode to obtain a finished product. The ceramic heating body contains graphene, and is good in product uniformity, fast in temperature rise and long in service life.

A bimetallic hydrogen evolution catalyst, methods of making and uses

ActiveCN121065758BElectrodesPtru catalystCobaltocene
The application belongs to the technical field of hydrogen evolution catalysts, and particularly relates to a bimetallic hydrogen evolution catalyst, a preparation method and an application. A mixed aqueous solution containing RhCl3 and HAuCl4 is added into a hydride carrier solution containing PVP, and is uniformly mixed to obtain a bimetallic hydrogen evolution catalyst. The hydride carrier is a cobaltocenium derivative. In the cobaltocenium derivative, H on one cyclopentadiene ring of cobaltocenium is replaced by 5 methyl groups. The application has higher hydrogen production efficiency.

Molecule-based two-dimensional room-temperature ferromagnet, preparation method thereof and electronic device

The invention provides a molecule-based two-dimensional room-temperature ferromagnet, a preparation method thereof and an electronic device comprising the molecule-based two-dimensional room-temperature ferromagnet. The preparation method of the molecule-based two-dimensional room-temperature ferromagnet comprises the following steps: carrying out intercalation treatment by taking cobaltocene as an intercalation object and a layered material as an intercalation subject. Under the wet chemical reaction condition, the layered material serves as an intercalation subject, cobaltocene serves as an intercalation object, magnetic cobaltocene molecules are inserted into Van der Waals interlayer space of the layered material, the molecules can be subjected to confinement assembly, and therefore the two-dimensional room-temperature ferromagnet originating in molecular magnetism is obtained. The method provided by the invention is simple in condition process, high in yield, intact in structure preservation, excellent in performance and good in atmospheric stability, and is suitable for ferromagnetic functionalization of small molecules and application fields of the small molecules in electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, spintronics devices and the like. Experimental results show that in the material provided by the invention, cobaltocene molecules can be assembled in order in a two-dimensional Van der Waals confinement space, and the material has room-temperature ferromagnetism.

Thermosetting thermal insulation material with low thermal conductivity and high strength and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a low-heat-conductivity and high-strength thermosetting thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The low-heat-conductivity and high-strength thermosetting thermal insulation material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of thermosetting resin, 0.1-2 parts of a char forming catalyst, 0.1-1 part of a tail gas catalyst, 200-330 parts of a flame retardant, 20-30 parts of a foaming agent and 5-10 parts of an auxiliary agent, the charring catalyst is one of ferrocene, cobaltocene, zinc oxide, zinc borate, nickel oxide and nickel molybdate; the tail gas catalyst is any one or two of metal platinum powder, metal palladium powder, cerium dioxide, lanthanum oxide, yttrium oxide, gamma-aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide and perovskite. According to the invention, the decomposition temperature of the thermosetting resin is increased from the molecular structure, and the charring catalyst and the tail gas catalyst are matched to change the thermal decomposition product of the polymer and improve the flame-retardant effect, so that the highest flame-retardant grade A in the national standard is reached.

A cobaltocene-based zwitterionic polymer and lubricating fluid, and methods of making and using the same

PendingCN122356346APolymer scienceCobaltocene
This invention belongs to the field of functional polymer materials, specifically relating to a cobalt-ceramic-based zwitterionic polymer and a lubricant, as well as their preparation method and application. The cobalt-ceramic-based zwitterionic polymer provided by this invention has cobalt-ceramic cationic groups and sulfonate anionic groups. The cobalt-ceramic groups have high potential energy and exhibit dynamic equilibrium adsorption and desorption behavior on steel surfaces, forming a protective layer through multiple interfacial interactions. The sulfonate groups have a strong affinity for water molecules, forming a highly hydrated interface. The cobalt-ceramic groups and sulfonate groups have low binding energy. Through the synergistic effect of the interaction between the cobalt-ceramic groups and the metal surface and the strong hydration of the sulfonate groups, excellent lubrication can be achieved, resulting in excellent anti-wear and friction-reducing effects on metal / metal friction pairs under different friction loads and frequencies.
