The method comprises the steps that most of copper, nickel and iron and a little sulfur in secondary-cured copper-nickel alloy with rare and noble metals beneficiated through pyrometallurgy are removed by the use of a potential-controlled chlorination leaching method; copper and nickel recovery is conducted on filter liquid which is obtained after a chlorination residue is filtered, and a residue with beneficiated noble metal is desulfurized by the use of a sodium sulfite solution; impurities such as nickel, copper, iron and sulfur in a desulfurized residue which is obtained through filtering after desulfurization are further removed by the use of an oxygen pressure acid leaching method; pressure leaching liquid contains a little platinum and palladium, the platinum and the palladium in the pressure leaching liquid are processed by the use of QP-TU resin through exchange adsorption, and beneficiated platinum and palladium liquid enters the follow-up platinum refining and palladium refining working procedures; and nickel, copper and sulfur in a pressure leaching residue are almost removed, and the percentage content of the rare and noble metals is increased from 0.06% in the prior art to 25%-55%. The method is simple in technology and high in beneficiation ratio and recovery rate of the rare and noble metals, environmentally friendly, free of poison gas and exhaust gas and quite beneficial to follow-up separation and purification.
