The invention discloses a method for producing feeding glucose oxidase by using rice processing by-products as raw materials, which comprises the following steps of: (1) inoculation of penicillium notatum of glucose oxidase with high yield into a microorganism culture dish of 10cm filled with a PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) culture medium for carrying out cultivation; (2) seed cultivation: sterilizing a liquid seed culture medium at a temperature of 115 to 121 DEG C for 20 to 30 min, and then transferring the activated penicillium notatum in the culture dish in the step (1) to the liquid seed culture medium; (3) preparation of a solid fermentation medium: mixing broken rice and rice bran according to the weight ratio of 10: (1-3), and cooking for 25 to 40 min at a temperature of 90 to 100 DEG C; (4) inoculating cultivation: after spreading the solid fermentation medium for cooling, inoculating penicillium notatum seeds for carrying out cultivation; and (5) after ending the solid fermentation, drying the culture medium at a temperature of 100 to 120 DEG C for 2-4h, and crushing to 40 to 80 meshes. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that sources of raw materials are wide, no three wastes (waste gas, waste water and industrial residual) are generated, the process is simple and the vigor of the glucose oxidase reaches up to 200 U.

It is likely that the fungus will be domesticated and new species thereof will be bred artificially and specifically for each organ of the human body.
