The method has theadvantages that 1) the problem that the polymeric resin is difficult to peel off from sphagnum is solved; 2) in combination with the use of a scanning electron microscope, fine structures of cavities,transparent cells and green cells in the sphagnum moss can be known more stereoscopically, moisture and material transportation of the sphagnum moss can be further known, and subsequent development and application of the sphagnum moss are facilitated; and 3) the method is simple and easy to operate, low in technical cost and suitable for porous bryophytes and plants of which the taken materials can absorb and transport resin upwards.
