Provided is a temperature-adjusted and modified recycled ASCON composition for reusing 100% of waste ASCON for road pavement, and a method for manufacturing same, wherein the composition is used in asphalt pavement as a material for the wearing course, surface course, binder course, and base course, and the method comprises: feeding 100 wt % of waste ASCON aggregate having up to a 53 mm particle size distribution into a mixer via a feeding inlet for new aggregate; adding 0.1 to 20 wt % of a recycling modifier and 0.1 to 20 wt % of a temperature-adjusting additive to the waste ASCON via the feeding via the inlet for new aggregate; and homogeneously mixing said materials at 5 to 180 DEG C for 0.5 to 3 minutes. The recycling modifier improves the physical properties of recycled ASCON, while the temperature-adjusting additive adjusts the temperatures for producing and constructing recycled ASCON. The present invention may provide economic, social and technological conveniences by improving the overall recycling technology of waste ASCON. The conveniences may be achieved by virtue of: cost-saving in production by using only waste ASCON without any new materials; saving waste disposal costs; preventing the destruction of nature to obtain aggregate; reducing the consumption of new asphalt; preventing environmental pollution through the reuse of waste products; preventing the early occurrence of plastic deformation and fatigue cracks due to improving the quality of the recycling modifier; economic benefits from the prolonged lifespan of road pavement; the possibility of being used as a material for the wearing course and surface course of major roadways; saving energy in the production and construction of recycled ASCON by adding the temperature-adjusting additive; and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The invention provides a method for continuously extracting effective components in oriental cherries by using supercritical carbon dioxide. The method comprises the following steps of finely grinding raw materials by using 20-50KHz ultrasonic waves, then, extracting the raw materials at the temperature of 32-90 DEG C and the pressure of 8-60MPa for 1-2h by using the supercritical carbon dioxide, and extracting the raw materials in a supercritical state for 1-2h by using 40-100% ethanol as an entrainer to obtain a safe, pollution-free and high-quality oriental cherry extract, wherein the weight of the entrainer is 1-1000% of the weight of the raw materials, a separation kettle I has the pressure of 5-12Mpa and the temperature of 32-90 DEG C, and a separation kettle II has the pressure of 4-6Mpa and the temperature of 30-50 DEG C. Due to the adoption of supercritical equipment with double extraction kettles, the continuous extraction can be realized, the production period can be shortened, and the production efficiency can be increased. The method provided by the invention is efficient and safe, incapable of damaging active components, high in repeatability, short in process flow and convenient in operation.

According to the invention, Al(NO3)3.9H2O is taken as a raw material, PEG1000 is taken as a dispersant, self-made alumina seed crystal accounts for 0.40-0.50% of mass fraction of the raw material, an applied additive accounts for 0.15-0.75% of mass percentage content of the raw material, the raw material composition of the additive with the mass percentage content of the raw material comprises 0-40% of Y(NO3)3.6H2O, 0-40% of Ce(NO3)3.6H2O, 0-50% of CaF2, and 20-65% of C16H36O4Ti. The method controls the microstructure characteristic of the ceramic corundum abrasive, compact layered crystal grains which are mutually interpenetrated are uniformly arranged in the corundum abrasive, the average size of a radius-length of the crystal grains in the abrasive particles is between 600-1300 nm, and the thickness of the crystal grain sheet layer is between 50 nm and 280 nm; and the radius-thickness ratio of the crystal grains (fineness ratio thickness) is between 3 and 11. By controlling a microscopic structure, the mechanical properties such as fracture toughness, the compressive strength and self-sharpening performance of the corundum abrasive are increased; and the single particle compressive strength can reach 41N.

According to the present invention, by adding the warm mix agent to the asphalt in the mixture, the warm mix effect is provided for the asphalt, the high temperature performance and the low temperature performance of the asphalt are considered, the thermal stability of the asphalt is improved, the aging resistance is improved, the thermal aging of the asphalt is reduced, and the harmful gas generation is reduced.
