The method comprises the following steps of first, determining frequencies of a high frequency signal and a low frequency signal according to a group speed and frequency response of a glass panel dispersion curve, and forming sound modulation excitation signals; second, sending a low frequency vibration excitation signal and a high frequency vibration excitation signal in a dual-vibrator way, so as to enable high and low frequency excitation signals to reach a bonding interface simultaneously, and receiving a nonlinear signal of the bonding interface through a reflection manner; third, decomposing the nonlinear signal by using an empirical mode, and acquiring a characteristic signal sent out by the bonding interface of the glass and the structural adhesive; fourth, analyzing a power spectrum of the characteristic signal, obtaining a nonlinear coefficient of the characteristic signal, and resolving an energy value of the characteristic signal by using a wavelet energy method; and fifth, obtaining bonding strength levels of the glass curtain wall structural adhesive and the glass according to the nonlinear coefficient and energy value of the bonding interface. According to the quaternary ammonium salt modified hectorite emulsifier, the quaternary ammonium salt has high modification efficiency to hectorite, is small in dosage when stabilizing ASA sizing emulsion and has good emulsion effect on the stable ASA sizing emulsion; the ASA sizing emulsion stabilized by the quaternary ammonium salt modified hectorite emulsifier is good in stability, free of granular aggregation or precipitation or water phase separation after being stood still for 24 hours, is hardly hydrolyzed and is small in sizing performance change after being placed for 3 hours and high in sizing efficiency; and compared with ASA emulsion singly stabilized by hectorite, the ASA emulsion stabilized by the emulsifier has greatly improved sizing efficiency.
