The invention discloses a plastic adhesive. The adhesive is prepared in steps as follows: a, asphalt and n-heptane are mixed, treated in an airtight reaction kettle at the temperature of 100-150 DEG C for 1-12 h and filtered, and filtrate is obtained; b, the filtrate is dried in the nitrogen fluid state at the temperature of 100-150 DEG C for 1-10 h, solids are obtained, finely ground, sieved by a 50-120-mesh sieve and then dispersed in ethyl alpha cyanoacrylate to be stirred for 10-30 min, ethyl carbamate glycol, 2,4,4-trimethyl-1,6-hexamethylene diamine, ethylene carbonate, dichloro-hexylidene diisocyanate, melamino-formaldehyde resin, epoxy resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin, an expanding agent, desulfurized gypsum and a curing agent are added, and the plastic adhesive is obtained. The provided plastic adhesive can powerfully bond a wood material and plastic, and no harmful organic substances are produced.
