The nano-film medicinal patch is prepared by the following steps of mixing 35-40% of radix flemingiae, 4-7% of radix angelicae sinensis, 4-7% of rhizoma kaempferiae, 4-7% of olibanum, 4-7% of myrrh, 4-7% of radix angelicae, 4-7% of rhizoma chuanxiong, 4-7% of radix gentianae macrophyllae, 4-7% of cortex cinnamomi, 4-7% of rhizoma corydalis, 4-7% of wintergreen essential oil and 4-7% of menthol, grinding into medicine carrying particles with the diameter of 65-100 nanometers, mixing the medicine carrying particles with medical-grade low-sensitivity adhesive according to a certain proportion, forming hydrogel through chemical crosslinking or physical crosslinking, wherein a layer of ultraviolet curing adhesive is coated between the elastic cloth made of polyurethane (PU) and the hydrogel and is cured by ultraviolet irradiation to form an adhesive layer, and the patch with a dressing surface and a stretching surface is produced; the outer side of the hydrogel used as the dressing surface is covered with release paper; and a protective film is attached to the outside of the elastic cloth that serves as the stretching surface. According to the nano-film medicinal patch prepared by the method, the structural body of the nano-scale particles is stored for a long time by using the hydrogel, so that the effect of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and the service life of the patch are prolonged, and the skin allergy is avoided or the allergy occurrence rate is reduced.
