polyester microspheres. The injection gel is prepared from cross-linked
sodium hyaluronate gel, non-cross-linked
sodium hyaluronate gel,
polyester microspheres wrapped by mixed fatty
glyceride and a
balanced salt solution. The
polyester microspheres are separated from water by means of wrapping and hydrophobic effects of the mixed fatty
glyceride, and the problem that a polyester material is easy to degrade in gel is solved. Meanwhile, the mixed fatty
glyceride has the characteristic of
low melting point (the
melting point is 33-39 DEG C), and after the product is injected into a
human body, the mixed fatty glyceride is melted, separated and released to wrap the polyester microspheres under the action of the body temperature of the
human body, so that the microspheres can be degraded in the
human body, and the characteristic of controllable degradation is realized. When the prepared gel for injection is not used, the microspheres contained in the gel can be stored at normal temperature in a non-degradation or micro-degradation mode, after the gel is injected and used, a
wrinkle area is filled with the microspheres, the microspheres are released, subcutaneous collagen growth is stimulated along with in-vivo degradation of the microspheres, and the effect of improving
skin wrinkles in a long-acting mode is achieved.
