The invention relates to a convolutional neural network prediction method based on a rotation region. The method comprises steps that step 1, a convolutional neural network characteristic graph and an area of interests based on a rotary rectangular frame are generated according to input images; step 2, a rotary area-of-interest pooling layer is utilized to acquire a characteristic mapping graph according to the convolutional neural network characteristic graph and the area of interests; step 3, the characteristic mapping graph is mapped to be a one-dimensional characteristic vector; step 4, the one-dimensional characteristic vector is classified to acquire a classification result; step 5, rotary rectangular frame regression prediction of the one-dimensional characteristic vector is carried out to acquire a regression prediction result; and step 6, a final prediction result is outputted according to the classification result and the regression prediction result. Nanotechnology-based trace protein detection method

The invention relates to a nanotechnology-based trace protein detection method, which combines enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology, tyramine signal amplification technology and the aggregation phenomenon of gold nanoparticles modified by different biological molecules, so an experimental method used for detecting trace proteins such as prostate specific antigen (PSA) and the like is established. The method comprises the following steps of: fixing an antibody aiming at the protein to be detected (such as the PSA) on the surface of a substrate; incubating another antibody with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) activity of the protein to be detected (such as the PSA) after capturing the protein to be detected in a sample, wherein the HRP catalyzes biotin-tyramide to generate biotin deposition under certain conditions; further amplifying a signal by using the aggregation phenomenon of the gold nanoparticles modified by biotin-labeled DNA and the gold nanoparticles modified by streptavidin; performing silver staining; and performing data analysis on an experimental result by using software. The method has the advantages of extremely low detection limit, wider detection range, capacity of detecting the antigen in a rabbit serum with complex compositions, and important application prospect.

The aggregation phenomenon of the particle components at the liquid-to-liquid interface may be promoted by using an emulsion flow method, a method of applying mechanical external forces (such as stirring and vibrating) or another method combining both the above-mentioned methods.

Method and system for performing laser braze welding on diamonds by using double beams

The invention discloses a method for performing laser braze welding on diamonds by using double beams. The method comprises the following steps: providing a matrix for performing braze welding on thediamonds and forming a V-shaped groove in the surface of the matrix; coating a brazing material layer for performing braze welding on the diamonds in the V-shaped groove; providing a wolfram wire mesh, arranging a plurality of grids for putting the diamonds in the wolfram wire mesh; putting the wolfram wire mesh above the brazing material; putting the diamonds into the grids of the wolfram wire mesh to ensure that the diamonds and the brazing material layer have certain contact height; symmetrically abreast arranging two laser heads in the welding direction; starting a laser welding system. Byutilizing the double laser beams, the brazing material layer is aslant input from the two sides of the diamonds, and laser braze welding is carried out. The invention also provides a system for performing laser braze welding on the diamonds by utilizing the double beams. According to the method and the system disclosed by the invention, burning loss oxidation and graphitization of the surfaces ofthe diamonds are reduced, the bonding strength between the brazing material layer and the diamonds is improved, the aggregation phenomenon of the diamonds is avoided, and a desired arrangement sequence of the diamonds can be obtained.

Method for preparing modified graphene reinforced copper-based composite material

The invention discloses a method for preparing modified graphene reinforced copper-based composite material. The method specifically comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a copper nitrate solution with a graphene oxide solution, and then adding hydrazine hydrate for carrying out reduction reaction; then cleaning a mixed solution after reaction, and drying precipitate, thus obtaining modified graphene composite powder; then carrying out liquid-phase powder mixing on the modified graphene composite powder and copper powder, drying by evaporating, cold-pressing and sintering, thus obtaining the modified graphene reinforced copper-based composite material. According to the method disclosed by the invention, surface modification is carried out on graphene, and copper particles are inserted between graphene sheet layers, so that the graphene is not easy to generate an aggregation phenomenon when the graphene is mixed with matrix copper powder; during a sintering process, a sintering neck can be formed by the copper particles of the graphene sheet layers and matrix copper, so that strong graphene / copper interface bonding strength can be favorably obtained; the modified graphenereinforced copper-based composite material prepared by adopting the method disclosed by the invention is uniform in organization and higher in strength and electrical conductivity.

The preparation method of the quantum dot-doped functional boron nitride polymeric heat conducting compound film is reasonable in process, mild in reaction condition, favorable in production control and popularization and easy for industrial production. According to the prepared compound film, the functional boron nitride reduces the surface polarity of a nanosheet, so that the aggregation phenomenon of boron nitride is reduced. The boron nitride quantum dots are taken as filling particles among the boron nitride sheets, so that the sheets are linked more compactly, an integral efficient heat conducting network is formed by means of the boron nitride polymeric compound material, and the heat conducting property of the compound material is improved. The compound film has excellent mechanical properties, certain transparency and bending resistance.

Provided is a semiconductor nanoparticle-encapsulating vinyl polymer including vinyl polymer particles; and semi-conductor nanoparticles, uniformly dispersed in the vinyl polymer particles, having an average particle size of 1 to 150 nm, wherein the semiconductor nanoparticles are encapsulated by the vinyl polymer particles. Provided is also a mixture of the semiconductor nanoparticle-encapsulating vinyl polymer with a commercially available vinyl polymer. In the nanoparticle-encapsulating vinyl polymer and the mixture, since the semiconductor nanoparticles are encapsulated by the vinyl polymer particles, they are highly dispersed even in vinyl polymer products. Therefore; an aggregation phenomenon of semi-conductor nanoparticles that may be caused by physical mixing of semiconductor nanoparticles and a commercially available vinyl polymer can be prevented, thereby remarkably increasing a reduction in dioxin emission during incineration of the wastes of vinyl polymer products. Furthermore, the semiconductor nanoparticles of the semiconductor nanoparticle-encapsulating vinyl polymer can remarkably increase photodegradation efficiency due to the photocatalytic activity of the nanoparticles. In addition, the semiconductor nanoparticles of the semiconductor nanoparticle-encapsulating vinyl polymer can serve as fillers, thereby enhancing mechanical properties such as tensile strength and modulus of elasticity without lowering impact strength. In particular, in a flexible poly vinylchloride compound manufactured using semiconductor nanoparticles-encapsulating polyvinylchloride and a commercially available phthalate-based low-molecular weight liquid phase plasticizer, a plasticizer migration phenomenon can be prevented by adsorptivity of highly dispersed semiconductor nanoparticles.

The present invention provides a preparation method of a cerium-doped rare earth silicate polycrystalline powder, and belongs to the technical field of preparation technologies of a rare-earth compound luminescent powder. The preparation method solves the technical problems that in the preparation process of an existing cerium-doped rare earth silicate polycrystalline powder, organic solvents areused, impurity elements are easy to introduce, the operation process is complicated, the reaction period is long, and the performance, such as light output, of a subsequent lutetium silicate crystal material is affected. According to the preparation method for the cerium-doped rare earth silicate polycrystalline powder provided by the present invention, sodium metasilicate is employed as a siliconsource, ammonia water or ammonium carbonate is taken as a precipitating agent, homogeneous co-precipitation is carried out for obtaining a mixed rare earth silica gel and a precipitation precursor, and finally calcination is carried out, so that the cerium-doped rare earth silicate polycrystalline powder is obtained. The method adopts a liquid phase co-precipitation process to prepare the pure-phase polycrystalline powder, the elements are uniformly distributed, no aggregation phenomenon is caused, no other organic reagents are introduced, introduction of impurity elements is reduced, the process flow is simple, consumption of chemical raw materials is low, the cost is low, and the method is easy to control and amplify.
