The invention discloses a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified by aniline-co-aminophenol copolymer carbon nanotube composite, a preparation method thereof and a method for removing perchlorat from water. The preparation method of the glassy carbon electrode comprises the following steps: dispersing carbon nanotubes in DMF; taking a proper amount of mixed liquor to drip onto the clean surface of the glassy carbon electrode, and air drying; carrying out electrolytic polymerization on a three-electrode system consisting of a glassy carbon working electrode modifying the carbon nanotube, a platinum counter electrode and a calomel reference electrode in the mixed liquor of hydrochloric acid, aniline and o-aminophenol through a constant bit method; thus, generating aniline-co-aminophenol copolymer carbon nanotube composite on the surface of the carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode after a certain time. The modified electrode is washed by diluted hydrochloric acid and secondary water successively, forms the three-electrode system with the platinum counter electrode and the calomel reference electrode, and is doped in the water body containing perchlorat. The perchlorat is doped on the glassy carbon electrode modified by the aniline-co-aminophenol copolymer carbon nanotube composite, which can be seen clearly in an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.

Novel copper-doped-carbon-nano-dot-based method for enzyme-ratio-free fluorescence detection of organophosphorus pesticide

The invention, which relates to the technical fields of nano material, catalysis and chemical sensing, provides a novel copper-doped-carbon-nano-dot-based method for enzyme-ratio-free fluorescence detection of the organophosphorus pesticide. With anhydrous copper chloride, tris(hydroxymethyl) aminomethane and L-dopa as raw materials, fluorescent copper-doped carbon nano-dots with high stability and peroxidase activity are synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal method. O-phenylenediamine oxidized by hydrogen peroxide is catalyzed based on peroxidase-like activity of the copper-doped carbon nano-dots and fluorescent oxidized molecule 2,3-diaminophenazine is genreated, so that two fluorescent emission peaks of the copper-doped carbon nano-dot and 2,3-diaminophenazine are generated at the lengthes of 375 nm and 555 nm; and the ratio of the fluorescence intensities at the two wavelengths is linearly related to the concentration of the organophosphorus pesticide, thereby realizing enzyme-ratio-free fluorescence detection of the organophosphorus pesticide. The sensor is constructed simply and easily; no biological enzyme is needed; the influences of the probe concentration and environmental factor are low; and the linear range is wide and the sensitivity is high.

The invention discloses a rosa roxburghii tratt beverage and a preparation method thereof, wherein the rosa roxburghii tratt beverage comprises a rosa roxburghii tratt juice, sulfur dioxide, citric acid, white granulated sugar, and water. The preparation method comprises: selecting fresh rosa roxburghii tratt fruit with a maturity of 80-90%, washing, placing into a breaker, breaking, pressurizing, and collecting a fruit juice; sealing the fruit juice into a pool, and standing for 7 days; adding gelatin and treating; filtering to obtain a rosa roxburghii tratt juice; and mixing the rosa roxburghii tratt juice, sulfur dioxide, citric acid, white granulated sugar and water according to a certain ratio, uniformly stirring, disinfecting, and packaging to obtain the rosa roxburghii tratt beverage. According to the present invention, the product has characteristics of clear and transparent color, sweet and sour taste and rich nutrition, and contains a large amount of carbohydrates, vitamins and trace elements necessary for the human body; the method has advantages of simple process and convenient large-scale production; and the experiment results show that the rosa roxburghii tratt provides protection effects for aminophenazone and nitrite-induced liver poisoning and liver cancers, provides prevention and treatment effects for lead poisoning, can be adopted as the auxiliary agent for prevention and treatment of lead poisoning, and has characteristics of good lead expelling better and no toxic-side effect.

The asymmetric squarylium cyanine chemical sensor has the beneficial effects that the asymmetric squarylium cyanine chemical sensor has the characteristics of good optical performance and high sensitivity. When the copper ions are detected and identified, the color of the solution is obviously changed, so that colorimetric detection is facilitated.

The invention discloses an indole ring substituted aminophenoxy zinc complex, a preparation method thereof and application of the indole ring substituted aminophenoxy zinc complex in catalyzing lactone ring-opening polymerization. The preparation method comprises the steps of directly reacting a neutral ligand with a metal raw material compound in an organic medium, filtering, concentrating, and recrystallizing to obtain the target compound. The indole ring substituted aminophenoxy zinc complex disclosed by the invention is an efficient lactone ring opening polymerization catalyst and can be used for catalyzing polymerization reaction of lactide and other lactones; and the method has a good effect on ring-opening polymerization of racemic lactide. The indole ring substituted aminophenoxy zinc complex has very obvious advantages that the raw materials are easy to obtain, the synthesis route is simple, the product yield is high, the catalytic activity and the three-dimensional adjustability are better, a high-impurity-specification and high-molecular-weight polyester material can be obtained under general conditions, and isotactic selectivity can be achieved by adding small organic molecules with an auxiliary coordination effect.
