The invention discloses a method for improving a uniform heat dispersion performance of a lithium ion battery electrode piece, relates to methods for uniform heat dispersion performances of battery electrode pieces and solves the problem that a heat-conducting performance of the plane of a conventional metal current collector adopted in a lithium ion battery is poor, so that the local overheating of an electrode in the charging and discharging processes occurs, and further battery bloating is caused and the service life of the battery is shortened in the prior art. The method has the characteristics that flexible graphite paper is used for replacing an aluminum foil and a copper foil in the lithium ion battery to be used as an electrode material active substance-loaded current collector; and heat at heat points of the electrode piece can be fast and uniformly dispersed by using the high heat-conducting performance of the flexible graphite paper, so that the heat points can be removed, the temperature of a battery cell is uniformly distributed, and further electrolyte decomposing, battery service life shortening and battery damage caused by the local overheating of the battery core can be avoided. The electrochemistry unreactiveness of the flexible graphite paper and the condition that the flexible graphite paper can not react with lithium ions and the electrolyte during over-charging and over-discharging are used, so that the service life of the battery is prolonged, and the safety of the battery is improved; and the method is used in the field of the batteries.

The invention discloses an inferior diesel pour-point depressing modification method, which comprises the following contents: (1) an inferior diesel material and a powdery hydrofining catalyst are fully mixed in a mixer to obtain a mixed feed of the catalyst and the raw oil; (2) the mixed feed and hydrogen enter a boiling-bed reactor from the bottom of a reactor filled with a mixture of a hydrodewaxing catalyst and a hydro-upgrading catalyst to undergo a hydrogenation reaction; (3) the reaction product is charged out of the top of the boiling-bed reactor and then enters a stable reactor to supplement hydrofining; and (4) the material undergoes solid-liquid separation, and a liquid phase enters a fractionating system so as to obtain a diesel product with high quality, low pour point, low sulfur content and high cetane number. According to the method, the backmixing characteristic of the boiling-bed reactor is fully utilized, and cooling and hydrofining of the hydrodewaxing process and temperature rising of the hydro-upgrading process are reasonably utilized. Therefore, the diesel with low pour point and ultra-low sulfur content is produced, cetane number is raised, hot-spot temperature of the device is reduced, running period is prolonged, and operation expenses are saved.

A plurality of support posts are arranged at one side, approaching the bottom plate, of the upper shell plate; an enclosed soaking plate cavity is encircled by the upper shell plate and the bottom plate; the plurality of support posts are arranged in the enclosed soaking plate cavity; and the enclosed soaking plate cavity filled with a working medium is in a vacuum state. Compared with the prior art of setting a heat-conducting film or coating a thermal conductive paste between the IGBT chip and the bottom plate, the integrated packaging structure has the following beneficial effects: the IGBT chip is welded to the bottom plate of the soaking plate, so that the contact thermal resistance is reduced effectively; and a high-temperature process is carried out before a process of liquid injection, vacuumization, and sealing of the soaking plate, so that the soaking plate is protected from being damaged by thermal expansion.

The novel rapid cooling hydrogen tank is provided with the liquid collecting groove, and the liquid collecting groove is used for collecting liquid phase materials of an upper bed layer; the cold hydrogen pipe is arranged in the liquid phase materials in the liquid collecting groove in a coiled manner, cold hydrogen is sprayed out from the cold hydrogen pipe so as to stir and bubble the liquid phase materials, the relatively high temperature difference of the cold hydrogen and the liquid phase materials is used for enhancing gas-liquid heat transferring, heat is transferred from the liquid phase materials to the cold hydrogen, and then the cold hydrogen is mixed with oil gas for heat transferring, so that heat exchange efficiency of the novel rapid cooling hydrogen tank is increased greatly.

An inner-cooling transformer rolling iron core is formed by three rolling iron core components with closed magnetic circuits. Each rolling iron core component comprises two straight line portions and two arc portions. Each closed magnetic circuit is formed by connecting the two straight line portions and the two arc portions of each rolling iron core component in end-to-end mode. A vertical section of each closed magnetic circuit is in a shape of an athletic track, every two of six straight line portions of the three rolling iron core components are combined with each other to form three iron core columns of the rolling iron core, and six arc portions of the three rolling iron core components form six arc iron yokes connecting the three iron columns and arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion. Two straight line portions of each rolling iron core component are provided with cooling grooves extending along the central lines of the rolling iron core component respectively, every two groove openings of the two cooling grooves on two adjacent rolling iron core components are clamped oppositely, and an inner cooling channel penetrating vertically is formed inside each iron core column. The inner-cooling transformer rolling iron core adopts a novel three-dimensional rolling iron core structure and new design of removing an innermost hot point of the rolling iron core so that the temperature of the rolling iron core is reduced, and the service life of the rolling iron core is prolonged.
