The invention discloses a method for preparing a bio-microcapsule antirust paint and belongs to the technical field of preparation of coating materials. The method comprises the steps of firstly, mixing dry bacillus spore powder with a sodium nitrate solution so as to prepare a spore dispersion solution, then, mixing the spore dispersion solution with yeast powder, cellulose and the like so as to prepare a microbial slurry, drying the slurry, grinding the slurry to be a powder, then, mixing the powder with triacetamide and epoxy resin E-51 so as to obtain a precured mixture, then, stirring the precured mixture and dimethyl polysiloxane to be reacted so as to prepare microbial microcapsules, then, mixing the microbial microcapsules with iron oxide red, talcum powder, mica and the like, carrying out ultrasonic dispersing treatment, finally, filtering the prepared mixed dispersion slurry, an acrylate emulsion, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether and the like, and carrying out aging, thereby preparing the bio-microcapsule antirust paint. According to the antirust paint prepared by the method, the adhesive power is good, the bonding between the antirust paint and a base body is tight, a paint film is smooth after coating, and the storage stability and water resistance are excellent, so that the antirust paint has a broad application space.
