control system, and the spraying integrated device comprises a box body, a water conveying
assembly, a water supplementing
assembly and a controller. An electric hydraulic rod, a pressing plate, a
water storage sponge and an isolation plate are arranged in the box body, and a
light attenuation analysis unit is arranged on the side wall. The controller controls the hydraulic rod to extrude the
sponge to release
water flow through the isolation plate according to the smudginess degree fed back by the
light attenuation analysis unit and data of the
water level sensor. The
system adopts a pulse
extrusion strategy to control a hydraulic rod to stretch out and draw back in a reciprocating and micro-amplitude manner, so that
sponge releases fluctuating
water flow to strip stubborn stains; and meanwhile, high-temperature protection logic is provided, a cleaning instruction is locked according to ambient
light intensity, and hidden cracks of the photovoltaic panel caused by cold water spraying at high temperature are prevented. The problem that detection and operation areas are not matched is solved through
integrated design, sponge
extrusion is used for replacing high-pressure spraying to prevent a
coating from being damaged, and the cleaning efficiency and safety are improved.
