A preparation method of a
traditional Chinese medicine microecological
feed additive for
layers at early period of laying comprises the steps of taking traditional Chinese medicines, i.e., herba
dandelion, common
andrographis herb,
radix isatidis, herba
motherwort, herba purple common perilla, radix scutellariae,
eucommia ulmoides leaves,
astragalus root, pilose asiabell root and licorice root, performing
superfine grinding on the traditional Chinese medicines and adding
ethanol solution to boil through
high heat, preserving temperature with gentle heat, cooling, filtering, concentrating filter liquor, adding white
sugar to boil, cooling to
room temperature, then inoculating
lactobacillus, tea
fungus and
bifidobacterium, fermenting until a white
fungus block grows, and concentrating
bacteria solution at low temperature; then weighing
modified starch, Arabic gum,
cyclodextrin and syrup, adding into the concentrated
bacteria solution, stirring while adding, homogenizing at high temperature after mixing and stirring uniformly, and performing
spray drying to obtain the
traditional Chinese medicine microecological
feed additive. The
traditional Chinese medicine microecological
feed additive has the efficacies of increasing
beneficial bacteria in intestine, improving
immunity,
stress resistance and
disease resistance of chicken body, and increasing egg yield. Compared with the control group, the laying rate is increased by 4.68% and 5.72%, the egg-feed ratio is decreased by 5.28% and 7.56%, a rate of eggs with soft shells and shell cracks is decreased by 32.17% and 22.46%, the feed is saved, costs are reduced, and
economic benefits are increased.
