The hardening-resisting organic soil matrix prepared by the method is wide in source, low in cost, not only capable of promoting the plant growth, but also capable of significantly improving the hardening phenomenon of the soil, and capable of well protecting the soil.

Production method of calcium superphosphate

The invention discloses a production method of calcium superphosphate. In the method, sludge dreg after plate-frame filtration of strong phosphoric acid is mixed with the sludge dreg generated during concentration of wet-process phosphoric acid according to a certain proportion to consume the sludge dreg so that guarantee of purification and gradient utilization of phosphoric acid is provided. The sludge dreg is blended with water and then is added with a proper amount of tailing powder of phosphors ore, magnesium powder and calcium carbonate. After a reaction for a certain time, the reacted material is fed to a drying section to obtain a dried product. The dried product is sieved and packaged to obtain the high-magnesium calcium superphosphate. The method can recycle the elements of phosphorus and magnesium in tailings of phosphorus ore floatation, thereby turning the waste into resources and further increasing additional value of the phosphorus ore. What is more, the method can be used for preparing high-quality calcium superphosphate product, is low in production cost, and can achieve huge economic, social and environmental-protective benefits.
