agriculture planting, and provides a rooting and breeding method of interstocks of
persea americana. The rooting and breeding method comprises thesteps of implanting
persea americana seeds in nutritive bags loaded with nutritive soil, performing watering, and when
persea americana seed seedlings grow to 30-40cm and the
diameter of young stems reaches 0.6-0.8cm, performing primary
grafting treatment combining with intermediate

grafting combining with cultivation varieties to be subjected to commercialization, so as to obtain survived new shoots. The obtained new shoots are high in
survival rate, uniform in fruit size and high in disease resistance, and the objectives of performing putting in production in advance, being high in yield and stable in yield can be realized.
