The preparation method comprises the steps of blending, calcium chloride aqueous solution preparation, floating agent preparation, hardening, and drying. According to the invention, sodium alginate is adopted as a carrier, and sodium chloride is adopted as a crosslinking agent. The added mosquito-killing bacillus thuringiensis original powder is an effective active component with high mosquito-killing activity. With hollow glass microspheres, a floating sustained-release effect is provided for the dosage form. Ultraviolet radiation is reduced, and a residual effect period is prolonged. With an ultraviolet protection additive which is melanin, the ultraviolet radiation resistance of bacillus thuringiensis is enhanced.
