The method comprises the following steps: I. self-assembly of polylysine; II. self-assembly of an RGD-M13 phage; and III. cleaning and drying, so that the RGD-M13 phage / polylysine / oxidized regenerated cellulose composite haemostatic material is obtained. The RGD-M13 phage / polylysine / oxidized regenerated cellulose composite haemostatic material prepared by the invention, when applied to haemostasis, can shorten the haemostatic time by 25.17%-41.95%. The invention provides the RGD-M13 phage / polylysine / oxidized regenerated cellulose composite haemostatic material.
