The invention discloses healthcare food for regulating and stabilizing the blood sugar and a method for preparing the same. The healthcare food is prepared by pumpkins, millets, yellow beans, black beans, astragalus, pilose asiabell root, red sage root, gordon euryale seed, kudzuvine root, tuckahoe, yams and additives.
