This invention belongs to the field of reactor technology and discloses an
olefin polymerization reactor with a
discharge port at the bottom. It includes: a stirring device, a gas distribution device, a feeding
system, an internal cooling
system for heat removal, and an external circulation
system for heat removal located outside the reactor. The stirring device extends into the reactor. The feeding system consists of a feed
pipe installed from the top to the bottom of the reactor. The gas distribution device consists of an inlet
pipe installed from the top to the bottom of the reactor. The internal cooling system is located around the gas distribution device. The external circulation system is a jacket located outside the reactor. The feed
pipe and the inlet pipe are detachable. This invention effectively solves the problem of material agglomeration and reduced
reaction rate caused by the inability to quickly remove heat during the reaction due to exothermic reactions. It enhances heat exchange, improves reaction efficiency, stabilizes production, and significantly reduces maintenance costs.
