The invention belongs to the technical field of ardealite resource utilization, and provides a method for preparing mineral wool by ardealite high-temperature melting, which comprises the following steps: firstly mixing ardealite with silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide and ferric oxide, then carrying out high-temperature melting at 1400-1700 DEG C, and finally carrying out injection or centrifugation to obtain the mineral wool. The ardealite, the silicon dioxide, the aluminum oxide, the magnesium oxide and the ferric oxide are used as raw materials and are directly melted at the high temperature of 1400-1700 DEG C, self-decomposition of the ardealite and melting and mixing of the ardealite decomposition product and other components are realized by a one-step method, a reduction process is omitted, a CaS crystal phase is not generated, and meanwhile, the escape rate of sulfur is increased; and finally, blowing or centrifuging to obtain the mineral wool. The result of the embodiment shows that the average diameter of the mineral wool prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention is 4.2 microns, and the sulfur escape rate is 98.95%.

The invention discloses a sand solidification agent prepared from xanthan gum in fracturing flow-back fluid of oil and gas field as well as a preparation method and application of sand solidification agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) adding a demulsification flocculant into the oil and gas field fracturing flow-back fluid, mixing and stirring for 15-25 minutes, standing for 2-3 hours, filtering, then adding a peroxidant and a catalyst, and stirring and reacting for 3-4 hours to obtain a pretreated oil and gas field fracturing flow-back fluid; and 2) adding a proper amount of modifier into the oil and gas field fracturing flow-back fluid pretreated in the step 1) to obtain the sand solidification agent prepared from the oil and gas field fracturing flow-back fluid. According to the method, after the oil and gas field fracturing flow-back fluid is pretreated, humic acid and xanthan gum are added, the oil and gas field fracturing flow-back fluid is prepared into the sand solidification agent, and by means of the method, the problem that the oil and gas field fracturing flow-back fluid is difficult to treat can be solved, the environment can be protected, water resources can be saved, and the problems of land desertification, soil improvement and the like can be solved.
