The invention discloses a
drainage basin ecological scheduling method based on a two-layer structure, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, building a target region
water volume allocationgeneral control model, i.e., a first-layer structure, according to a
water demand, a water conservancy project, climate data, unconventional
water source utilization data, underground
water development data and underlying surface data; S2, adjusting the
discharge flow of the water conservancy project according to the ecological water and the
reservoir capacity requirement of the water conservancyproject, and then a water conservancy project ecological scheduling model, namely a second-layer structure, is established; and S3, taking the water quantity allocation quantity and the water quantity balance of the first-layer structure as constraint conditions, taking the maximum
water supply quantity in the second-layer structure as a target function of
drainage basin ecological scheduling, and obtaining a
drainage basin ecological scheduling scheme by adopting a
particle swarm algorithm. The method is beneficial to control of
water resources by the water conservancy project, the comprehensive utilization efficiency of the basin
water resources is conveniently improved, and then the
economic benefits and ecological benefits of the water conservancy project are improved.
