The series of ternary complex coagulant provided by the invention can be used for various raw water coagulation treatments and waste sewage flocculation treatments as well as dewatering process of sludge and silt in single dosage mode according to the direct dosage amount requirement, and the use method is extremely convenient and simple.

The invention provides an electrochemical ultramicro electrode preparation process, which combines an ultramicro working electrode and an alignment / quasi-reference electrode to form a two-electrode system, and separates the two electrodes with a nanometer-thick insulating layer.
