The present invention discloses a method for preparing huangmeiyuanxiao tea, and the method comprises the follwoing steps: (1) selecting pest-free fresh coriander, breaking, selecting, washing, drying in the shade, cutting into 1-1.5cm long segments, mixing with edible salt, then putting into a pickle altar, and compacting; (2) selecting uniform-size peanut kernels, using a small amount of cooking oil to roast the peanut kernels to yellowish, stopping the fire when a flavor is emanated, and pressing into 0.3-0.8cm detritus; (3) selecting uniform-size soybeans, frying until the soybeans are cooked, peeling the soybeans and crushing the soybeans into 10-60 mesh soybean flour; and (4) packing the coriander pickled for more than 7-10 days into a small food bag for vacuum sealing, and evenly mixing the peanut detritus and the soybean flour in the ratio of 1: 2, then packing the peanut detritus and the soybean flour into another small food bag for sealing, wherein the mass of the coriander in each small bag is 10-15g, and the mass of the soybean flour in each small bag is 8-10g; the huangmeiyuanxiao tea is easy to carry, authentic in flavor, and delicious, salty and fresh in taste, helps digestion, removes greasiness, promotes appetite, reinforces spleen, and helps to promote and propagate Chinese folk snacks.
