The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1) taking the mung bean and grinding the mung bean to fine powder; soaking the powder with water and stirring the solution; filtering the solution to obtain mung bean dregs; filtering filtrate; and freezing and drying filter residue, to obtain mung bean protein powder; 2) adding water into the mung bean dregs; decocting, filtering and concentrating the solution to obtain concentrated liquid; taking an upper polyamide chromatographic column of the concentrated liquid; eluting mung bean flavone, and filtering to obtain a mung bean flavone solution; 3) taking the semen euryales and the dark plum; adding water into the semen euryales and the dark plum, respectively; decocting and filtering the solutions; concentrating the filtrates to obtain semen euryales extract and dark plum extract, respectively; 4) mixing the mung bean flavone solution with the semen euryales extract and the dark plum extract; adding dextrin, and spraying and drying the mixture, to prepare extract powder for future use; and 5) mixing the mung bean protein powder with the sprayed and dried extract powder, to further prepare granules. The preparation provided by the invention has the effects of removing lead or prompting the lead to be removed, and the actions of treating and releasing lead poisoning symptom.
