The method comprises the steps that a material capable of adsorbing the PFCs is utilized for adsorbing the PFCs in water, the water contains the PFCs, and a method for obtaining the material capable of adsorbing the PFCs comprises the steps that activated carbon is put in a potassium salt solution to be steeped for 1-3 days, the mass ratio of potassium salt to the activated carbon is 0.5 to 1.5, the potassium salt is selected from at least one of K2CO3 and KOH, high temperature activation is conducted on the steeped activated carbon to obtain an activated product, the temperature of high temperature activation ranges from 800 DEG C to 1000 DEG C, the high temperature activation time ranges from one hour to two hours, and the activated product is washed through high purity water; 2, the material which is obtained in the first step and is capable of adsorbing the PFCs is put in a persulfate solution so as to degrade the PFCs on the material capable of adsorbing the PFCs, and the persulfate solution is selected from at least one of ammonium persulfate, potassium persulfate and sodium persulfate. By means of the method, the material achieving effective regenerative adsorption of the PFCs can be obtained, the PFCs adsorbed by the material can be degraded, and innoxious treatment of the PFCs is achieved.

The invention relates to a method for measuring perfluorinated compounds in textile, clad layers, coatings, liquid and powder samples. The method comprises the measuring steps that firstly, a sample is cut according to a certain dimension in an area method or a sample of a proper amount is weighed in a weight method, an organic solvent is added for ultrasonic extraction, and the mixture is cooled to the room temperature and then filtered to be fed into a machine for analysis; secondly, the quantity of perfluorinated compounds in the extracted solution obtained in the first step is measured through a liquid chromatogram and mass spectrum combined instrument; thirdly, if a liquid chromatogram and mass spectrum selected ion scanning result shows that perfluorinated compounds seem to be contained in the sample, a spectrogram of the sample is compared with that of a standard substance, if the spectrogram of the sample is matched with that of the standard substance, the extracted solution obtained in the first step is measured through a liquid chromatogram tandem mass spectrum combined instrument, characteristic ions of the sample are compared with those of the standard substance to confirm whether perfluorinated compounds are contained in the sample or not, and the content of perfluorinated compounds in the sample is calculated. The measuring method is fast and simple, and perfluorinated compounds in various materials can be accurately measured.
