118 results about "Water soluble ions" patented technology

The solubility of a compound is the result of a competition. The ions in the compound attract each other, and the water molecules attract the ions. If the water molecules have a greater attraction to the ions than ions have for each other, then the compound will be soluble in water.

Incineration fly ash bi-component heavy metal stabilizer and fly ash treatment method applying same

The invention discloses an incineration fly ash bi-component heavy metal stabilizer and a fly ash treatment method applying the same. The stabilizer comprises an A component and a B component; the A component comprises an activator which is used for activating alkaline substance and heavy metal in fly ash; the activator is a water-soluble ionic surfactant or/and nonionic surfactant; the B component comprises phosphate, organic sulfur and inorganic sulfur; the reactivity of the fly ash is improved by the activator, and the composite organic-inorganic agent is used for stabilizing the heavy metal in the fly ash high-efficiently, so that the using cost is lowered, and the heavy metal stabilization efficiency is also improved; the phosphate stabilizes the heavy metal in an assistant manner, and heavy metal leaching caused by oxygenolysis of chelate formed by the organic sulfur stabilizer and heavy metal is prevented, so that the stability of the chelate formed by the heavy metal and the chemical agent is improved; and under the cooperative effect of the activator and the composite chemical agent, a very good stabilization effect for the heavy metal in the fly ash, especially Pb, Cd and the like is realized, and the stabilization efficiency is up to more than 98%.

Method for preparing high-purity calcium carbonate superfine powder from carbide slag

The invention relates to a method for preparing high-purity calcium carbonate superfine powder from carbide slag. The method comprises the following steps of: crushing, screening, and heating and combusting the carbide slag in a microwave-assisted mode to preprocess the carbide slag; mixing the carbide slag and 1.2 to 2.0 mol/L solution of ammonium chloride or solution of ammonium nitrate to perform leaching; filtering the mixture to obtain a filtrate; adding water-soluble ionic liquid into the filtrate to obtain mixed solution; mixing the mixed solution and solution of ammonium bicarbonate; stirring the mixture under action of microwave radiation, and filtering the mixture to obtain a calcium carbonate solid; washing the calcium carbonate solid with distilled water for 2 to 3 times; and finally drying the calcium carbonate solid at the temperature of between 95 and 105 DEG C to obtain powdery calcium carbonate. The method does not cause secondary pollution to environment, the dispersibility of the calcium carbonate superfine powder is high, the grain diameter is between 30 and 200nm, the purity is over 99.2 percent, and the calcium carbonate superfine powder fully meets the requirements of industrial production of rubber, plastic and coating. The method realizes recycling of leaching agents and water in the process of preparing the calcium carbonate and reduces production cost.

Method and device for recycling metal in waste lithium ion batteries by water-soluble ionic liquid

The invention discloses a method and a device for recycling metal in waste lithium ion batteries by water-soluble ionic liquid. The method comprises the steps that: (1) a waste lithium ion battery is subjected to electricity discharge treatment; (2) after the electricity discharge, the waste lithium ion battery is disassembled and separated manually so as to obtain an anode, a cathode, a diaphragm and a shell containing a circuit board, and the anode, the cathode, the diaphragm and the shell containing the circuit board are separated and sorted; (3) the water-soluble ionic liquid is heated in an oil bath and is stirred by an electric mixer; (4) the anode and the cathode which are separated are added into the oil bath respectively and stay in the oil bath for 25 minutes for performing the separation of a negative material and a copper foil and the separation of a positive material and an aluminum foil; (5) after the water-soluble ionic liquid in the oil bath is cooled, the aluminum foil and the copper foil which are separated are taken out and washed; (6) the cooled water-soluble ionic liquid is filtered and the positive material and the negative material are separated and washed. The device comprises the oil bath which is capable of performing automatic temperature control and the electric mixer, wherein the electric mixer is inserted in the oil bath and the rotation speed of the electric mixer is adjustable. The method and the device have the characteristics of high disassembly efficiency, high recycling purity of valuable metal and the positive material and environment friendliness.

Novel method for removing indole in oil product through ionic liquid

The invention belongs to the field of petrochemical engineering, and relates to a novel method for removing non-alkaline nitrogen-indole in an oil product through ionic liquid. The novel method is characterized in that SO3H-containing functionalized acidic ionic liquid is used as a catalyst and a solvent, and the operation can be carried out at lower temperature (20 to 70 DEG C); and after the reaction, the recovered ionic liquid can be reused by being simply treated. Compared with the conventional method, the novel method provided by the invention has following characteristics that (1) the conventional strong acid nitrogen removal and hydrogenation nitrogen removal in the background technology are not needed, so that the problems due to the corrosion of the equipment, the wastewater drainage, and the high price of equipment, can be greatly reduced; (2) the adopted ionic liquid is the water-soluble ionic liquid which can be layered well respect to a simulated oil product after being dissolved by water in a certain proportion, and thus the convenience is provided for the separation after the nitrogen removal treatment; and (3) the implemented liquid nitrogen removal method is mild in condition, the operation is simple and easy to carry out, the ionic liquid can be reused, and the problem in the background technology that the catalyst cannot be recycled can be avoided.
