The ink contains poly(vinyl alcohol cinnamate), a polymer additive, a surfactant and an organic solvent; the weight-average molecular weight of the poly(vinyl alcohol cinnamate) is 10,000-50,000; the weight-average molecular weight of the polymer additive is 1,000-50,000, the polymer additive is selected from at least one of polystyrene and polymethyl methacrylate; relative to the 1mL of organic solvent, the content of the poly(vinyl alcohol cinnamate) is 1-50mg, the content of the polymer additive is 0.1-25mg, and the content of the surfactant is 0.05-1mg. The ink disclosed by the invention has excellent ink jetting performance and film forming performance, as well as crosslinking characteristic under ultraviolet light, the dielectric layer of a transistor prepared from ink can prevent ink from permeating, and also can barrier the electronic transmission, the insulating performance of the dielectric layer can be improved, and the dielectric layer of the organic film transistor can be prepared from ink by adopting an ink-jet printing method.

The invention provides a device and method for detecting inversion of a compressor. The device comprises a piston mechanism, an optoelectronic switch and a detection circuit. The piston mechanism can be arranged on an air inlet of the compressor in a sealed mode and comprises a sealing ring and a guide rod in the sealing ring. The optoelectronic switch is arranged at the top end of the piston mechanism and comprises an emitting end and a receiving end which are located on the two sides of the piston mechanism, when the air inlet does not exhaust air, the receiving end receives an optical signal emitted by the emitting end, and when the air inlet exhausts air, the guide rod is jacked up to be between the emitting end and the receiving end, transmission of the optical signal is blocked, and the receiving end cannot receive the optical signal emitted by the emitting end. The detection circuit is connected with the optoelectronic switch and used for judging whether the receiving end receives the optical signal or not, and if the receiving end does not receive the optical signal, the inversion of the compressor is judged, and an alarm circuit is controlled to give an alarm. Therefore, accuracy and reliability for detecting the inversion of the compressor are improved.

The invention provides a novel double-Y-waveguide integrated optical device and a manufacturing method of the novel double-Y-waveguide integrated optical device. The device is formed by splicing two chips. A Y type waveguide is arranged on each chip and is composed of a straight strip section and a fork section. The end, flush with the outer end face of the corresponding straight strip section, of each chip forms a connecting end. The end face of each connecting end is coated with a light absorption material layer. An exposed area is arranged in the middle of the area covered with each light absorption material layer. The outer end face of each straight strip section is located within the range of the corresponding exposed area. The connecting ends of the two chips are spliced together and fixed through the waveguide coupling process, and the straight strip sections of the two chips are coaxial after splicing is conducted. The novel double-Y-waveguide integrated optical device and the manufacturing method have the advantages that transmission of radiation light in the substrate can be effectively cut off, and therefore occurrence of extrancous waves is restrained, parameter drifting of an optical fiber gyro system is reduced, and the performance of the device is improved.

The sheath material prepared by the processing technology has good mechanical properties, flame retardancy, aging resistance and radiation resistance, and a service life can be up to 60 years or more at 90 DEG C.
