The invention belongs to the technical field of flexible
pendulum accelerometers, in particular to a
silicon-based coil-based permanent magnetic torquer for inertial navigation accelerometers. The permanent magnetic torque device for
accelerometer of the present invention comprises a yoke, a permanent
magnet, a magnetically conductive sheet and a
silicon-based coil, wherein the yoke is located at the bottom, the permanent
magnet is fixed on the yoke, and the magnetically conductive sheet is fixed on the upper surface of the permanent
magnet . A permanent magnetic air gap is formed between the yoke and the magnetic permeable sheet, and the
silicon-based coil is located inside the permanent magnetic air gap. When the permanent magnetic torque device is working, the silicon-based coil is fixed on the
accelerometer pendulum through the coil spacer. The invention adopts the silicon-based coil to replace the enameled wire winding coil of the
accelerometer permanent magnet torquer, effectively reduces the thermal stress between the accelerometer
pendulum plate and the permanent magnet torquer coil, and simultaneously reduces the
viscoelasticity of the coil. The silicon-based coil has better
spatial stability in the permanent
magnetic circuit, which can significantly improve the stability of the scale factor of the accelerometer.
