The invention discloses a method for breading shrimp postlarvae by biomanipulation. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting the parent shrimp without virus WSSV and TSV, and feeding the parent shrimp with bait without virus WSSV and TSV, wherein the feeding amount per day is 4 to 6 percent of the weight and the parent shrimp is fed for four times; breading the parent shrimp under the conditions that the water temperature is between 26 and 30 DEG C, the salinity is 2.8 to 3.2 percent and the illumination intensity is 100 to 1,000 lx to make the parent shrimp reach sexual maturity; after mating, putting the female shrimp into a spawning pond to make female shrimp lay eggs, and washing and sterilizing the collected fertilized ovum; incubating the fertilized ovum into the nauplius under the conditions that the water temperature is between 28 and 31 DEG C, the salinity is 2 to 3 percent, the pH value is 7.8 to 8.6, dissolved oxygen is 6 to 10mg/l after 13 to 18 hours, putting the nauplius into a nursing pond which is used for culturing seedlings and treated by the water, wherein the density of the nauplius is 200-300 thousand/m<3>; in the late-mid period of the nauplius growing, introducing chaetoceros muelleri without virus according to the concentration of 5*104cell/ml, and when breading nauplius the into the zoea, introducing bacillus subtilis according to the concentration of 1.25*104cfu/ml; and after the shrimp is bred to 0.8 to 1cm, obtaining the seedlings. The whole breading process is subjected to regular PCR detection, and no specific pathogen WSSV and TSV is ensured in the whole breading process. The method has the advantages of no specific virus, rapid growth, high disease resistance, high stress resistance, short breeding period, large and uniform growing standard, high yield, good investment benefit and the like.
