Cable connection device

Provided is a cable connecting device including a conductive casing. The conductive casing encloses a first core wire fixing member and a second core wire fixing member for fixing a first data cable and a second data cable, and a connecting device electrically connecting the core wire of the first data cable to that of the second data cable, moreover, the conductive casing is electrically connected with shielding members of the two cables. The connecting device includes a plurality of conductive connecting elements which are provided with first contact areas and second contact areas communicated with the core wire contacts of the first cable and the second cable. The core wire fixing members are provided with a plurality of placing areas on which core wire end areas can be arranged. The core wire fixing member is inserted into the casing, and the first contact areas of the connecting elements are respectively jointed into the placing areas of the first core wire fixing member, and the second contact areas are respectively jointed into the placing areas of the second core wire fixing member. The core wire fixing members are respectively maintained on cable fixing members, the cable end areas can be fixed on the cable fixing members, and shielding contact elements are maintained on the cable fixing members to establish the conductive connection between the shielding members of the cables and the casing.

Method for preparing core-shell type silicon/carbon composite material through in-situ carbon coating and application of core-shell type silicon/carbon composite material

The invention discloses a novel method for preparing a core-shell type silicon/carbon composite material through in-situ carbon coating. The method comprises the steps of: performing ball milling on lithium carbonate and silicon powder in a certain ratio for 3-96 hours, and transferring the mixture into a closed reactor; heating the reactor at a temperature rise rate of 0.2-20 DEG C/min to a temperature of 400-800 DEG C, performing heat preservation for 0.5-20 h; and after the reaction is finished, performing cooling to a room temperature, taking out a product in the reactor, sequentially soaking in 1M diluted hydrochloric acid for 3h, soaking in 10% hydrofluoric acid for half an hour and washing with deionized water and alcohol for three times; and performing suction filtration, and performing vacuum drying at a temperature of 80 DEG C to obtain a silicon/carbon composite material. The method provided by the invention is simple in process, low in reaction temperature and strong in operability; according to the novel method for preparing the core-shell type silicon/carbon composite material, the morphology of the obtained product is of a core-shell type structure, the product has the excellent electrochemical performance as a lithium ion battery anode material, and the discharge capacity is close to 1300mAh/g after 50 times of circulation under the current density of 1 Ag-1.

Preparation method of PAMAM composite antifouling material

The invention relates to the field of antifouling coatings, in particular to a preparation method of a PAMAM composite antifouling material. The preparation method comprises the following preparationsteps: adding PAMAM into water, adding alkali for saponification reaction, carried out standing treatment at constant temperature, adding siloxane containing polyhydroxy and an acidic catalyst, neutralizing an acidic reactant, and carrying out the reaction to obtain a layered liquid; carrying out liquid separation on the layered liquid, and removing a water layer solution while reserving an esterlayer solution; and preparing an aqueous dispersion of activated silicon powder, mixing the aqueous dispersion of activated silicon powder with the ester layer solution, uniformly stirring the mixture, carried out standing treatment for precipitation, filtering out solid powder, and drying the solid powder to obtain the PAMAM composite antifouling material. The preparation method disclosed by theinvention is simple and efficient, and can achieve rapid and large-scale preparation; the preparation process and the preparation raw materials have the advantages of low toxicity, no toxicity and thelike, so that the whole preparation process and the obtained product are environmentally friendly; by forming the strong hydrophobic layer, attachment and growth of marine fouling organisms can be avoided, and a good marine antifouling effect is achieved.
