wastewater deep purification and reuse
system as well as a method thereof. The dye
wastewater deep purification and reuse
system mainly comprises preliminary filter equipment (1), a light
catalytic oxidation unit (3), an ultra-
filtration membrane separating unit, a
reverse osmosis membrane separating unit and an intelligent controller (10); the ultra-
filtration membrane separating unit comprises a pump (4), an ultrafilter water tank (6), an ultra-
filtration membrane subassembly (8); and the
reverse osmosis membrane separating unit comprises a pump (5), a
reverse osmosis water tank (7), and a reverse
osmosis membrane subassembly (9). The dye
wastewater deep purification and reuse
system integrates the preliminary filter equipment, the light
catalytic oxidation unit, the ultra-
filtration membrane separating unit and the reverse
osmosis membrane separating unit for realizing the integration; and has the advantages of simple structure and low cost, a
photocatalysis technology is employed for reducing the washing number of the membrane and prolonging the membrane life-span, the dye
wastewater reuse method has the advantages of simple steps and high
recovery rate, and the
water quality of the recycled water is better than that of the water used for
textile dyeing and finishing industry.
