The invention relates to a wild-planting-
simulation cultivating method of 
polyporus. The cultivating method can effectively solve the problems of high cultivation cost, long time, low yield and 
poor quality of polyporous. The method comprises the following steps: two sunny slopes with southwest and northwest exposures are selected as cultivation lands; amillariella annuli are inoculated into a culture solution, and cultured for 20-22 days, and liquid amillariella annuli are formed; polyporous is planted in the cultivation lands, the liquid amillariella annuli are poured to polyporous planted positions, sand, broad-leaved tree leaves and mixed 
compost are then sequentially laid, the process including planting of polyporous, pouring of the liquid amillariella annuli and laying of sand, the broad-leaved tree leaves and the mixed 
compost is repeated 3 times, and coverage with sand soil is then performed; turning cannot be performed after polyporous is planted, the temperature is controlled below 26 DEG C in summer and above 12 DEG C in winter, nutritive water is sprayed based on 
soil properties and climatic conditions, and the 
soil moisture content is kept between 35% and 55%; diseases and 
insect pests are prevented and treated, and the polyporous can be harvested after growing for 16-20 months. The method disclosed by the invention is easy to operate, raw materials are rich, and 
culture bacteria sticks are not required, accordingly, the polyporous cultivation time is shortened, the yield and the quality are improved, the production cost is lowered, and economic and 
social benefits are huge.
