The invention provides a harmless comprehensive treatment process flow for
municipal solid waste. The flow is an equipment
assembly line for daily treating 500 tons of the
municipal solid waste. The equipment
assembly line comprises 10 main systems and 72 procedures: a
waste sorting system, a
winnowing system, a
fermentation system, a fertilization system, a
methane purification system, a generation system, a
heat supply system, a composite board manufacturing system, a
visual monitoring system and an electric device integrated
control system. The
municipal solid waste is divided into organic matters and inorganic matters after entering into the flow. A lot of component boards for constructions are produced by the inorganic matters, and a lot of
methane is produced by the organic matters after
fermentation. The
methane can be used for generating
electricity, burning boilers and being filled in tanks for sales after being purified. The
solid organic matters can be produced to be organic fertilizers. No
air pollution exists. According to the harmless comprehensive treatment process flow for the municipal
solid waste disclosed by the invention, the harmful waste is changed to be harmless and useful, and is recycled. The harmless comprehensive treatment process flow has important a meaning for
energy conservation and emission reduction, worker employment,
agricultural development and environmental conservation.
