The method comprises the following steps of: preparing solution of a test sample and solution of a contrast medicinal material; performing ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) detection by taking acetonitrile-water as a mobile phase and using an ultraviolet detector and/or a mass spectrum detector, wherein the detection wavelength is between 201 and 320nm; and performing result detection, namely detecting whether a corresponding chromatographic peak exists or not at a position where the retention time is as same as that of a contrast medicinal material chromatogram in a chromatogram of the test sample. Compared with thin layer identification and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detection methods, the ultrahigh pressure liquid phase detection method successfully improves the resolution of the chromatogram, shortens the analysis cycle, and ensures more precise and stable results.

The method can increase the feedback speed of an AGC system in the TD-SCDMA terminal, reduces the errors of the feedback control and reduces the processing computation amount of the baseband chip.
