The spontaneous combustion liquid propellant disclosed by the invention uses the low-toxicity harmless quadricyclane fuel, thus being safer and more friendly to the environment than conventional hydrazine fuel and trinitride fuel.

A preparation method of the nitrogen dioxide gas standard substance comprises the following steps: (1), measuring the purity of feed gas; (2), carrying out gas cylinder pretreatment; (3), diluting high-purity nitric oxide with high-purity carbon dioxide by adopting a weighing method, and then adding high-purity oxygen to prepare intermediate gas; (4), diluting the intermediate gas step by step by using high-purity carbon dioxide to prepare a nitrogen dioxide gas standard substance in the carbon dioxide; and (5), carrying out uniformity investigation and stability investigation on the prepared gas standard substance, and carrying out valuation on the gas standard substance. With the preparation method provided by the invention, formation of a nitrogen tetroxide dimer in the filling process and decomposition of nitrogen dioxide can be prevented effectively; the relative expansion uncertainty of the prepared nitrogen dioxide gas standard substance in the carbon dioxide is 2% (k=2); the uniformity and stability are good, the valid period is 12 months; and the requirements of food, medicine and other industries for detection and traceability of the nitrogen dioxide contents in carbon dioxide products can be met.
