bacillus licheniformis fermentation liquor and application thereof in
mildew prevention and quality improvement of
silage. The
fermentation liquor is prepared by taking
bacillus licheniformis CMCC 63516 as a strain under optimized conditions (with an LB culture medium, the inoculum size of 6%, the liquid loading amount of 30% and culture for 18 hours), and the
viable count can reach 1.48 * 10 < 9 > CFU / mL. The strain has a remarkable antagonistic effect on
toxin-producing
aspergillus flavus, can efficiently degrade
aflatoxin B1 (the degradation rate gt in 36 hours is 96%), and has good
environmental stability. The additive amount of 1.2-4.0% is applied to corn
silage, the growth of mould and
saccharomycetes can be remarkably inhibited, the content of AFB1 is greatly reduced, and the mould-proof effect is superior to that of a chemical mould-proof agent
sodium diacetate. In addition, the
fermentation liquor can also effectively improve the quality of
silage, increase the content of crude
protein and
lactic acid, and reduce the pH and the content of
ammoniacal nitrogen and detergent fibers. The invention provides a safe, environment-friendly and efficient biological
