The invention discloses a 
laser radar, and a method for realizing separation of a probe from a 
chassis of the 
laser radar. The 
laser radar and the method relate to the technical field of laser radars.The laser radar comprises the laser radar probe, the laser radar 
chassis and an 
optical fiber bundle, wherein the laser radar probe is an optical lens installed in the external environment in an exposed manner, the laser radar 
chassis is a chassis structure internally provided with an element generating a laser 
signal, an element receiving the laser 
signal and an electronic element 
processing thelaser 
signal, the chassis structure is isolated from the outside, and the 
optical fiber bundle connects the laser radar probe with the laser radar chassis. The method realizes the spatial separationof the probe from the chassis of the laser radar, so that the laser device, the 
detector, the electronic element and the like are placed in the chasses which is relatively isolated from the outside, thereby achieving 
temperature control, vibration reduction and dust isolation more easily. The exposed part of the probe is just the optical lens, the surface of the optical lens is easier to clean, the optical lens has high resistant to 
chemical corrosion, and the optical lens is resistant to changes in ambient temperature.
