The linear motor comprises a base, a linear stator and a rotor, a front end cover, a rear end cover, a front bearing and a rear bearing, cooling fan, fan cover and junction box, the linearstator comprises a laminated stator core punched by a silicon steel sheet with a high-temperature-resistant insulating layer on the surface, and a high-temperature-resistant stator winding, wherein the high-temperature-resistant insulating paper, the high-temperature-resistant slot wedge and the high-temperature-resistant outgoing line are arranged in the motor body, the rotor comprises a rotor core formed by laminating rotor punching sheets of the synchronous reluctance motor, the outer surfaces of the rotating shaft, the motor base, the front end cover, the rear end cover and the junction box are provided with high-temperature-resistant heat-insulating coatings radiating outwards in one direction, and the fan and the fan cover are made of high-temperature-resistant materials. The synchronous reluctance motor is adopted, and normal operation of the motor and components in the junction box under the high-temperature condition can be guaranteed through the high-temperature-resistant heat insulation coating.
