This invention belongs to the field of fabric technology, specifically relating to a high-strength abrasion-resistant composite fabric and its preparation process. The high-strength abrasion-resistant composite fabric includes a base fabric and an abrasion-resistant layer. The base fabric is made of a blend of
polyester and cotton fibers in a
mass ratio of 2-3:1. The abrasion-resistant layer comprises the following components by weight: 50-60 parts
polyurethane resin; 8-10 parts modified nano-zirconia; 3-5 parts fluorinated
silane phenol; 0.6-0.8 parts dispersant; and 40-50 parts
organic solvent. The composite fabric provided by this invention includes a base fabric and an abrasion-resistant layer. This invention modifies the abrasion-resistant layer by adding modified nano-zirconia and fluorinated
silane phenol, thereby improving the overall performance of the composite fabric and obtaining a high-strength composite fabric with good abrasion resistance, waterproof performance, warmth retention, and antibacterial properties. It is suitable for making functional jacquard fabrics using a jacquard process.
