Compared with traditional acid and alkali processes, the preparation method is not treated with any acid or alkali, the degree of pollution to the environment is almost zero, and the environmental pressure of gelatin production can be greatly reduced; and the method is simple in process, easy to operate, low in equipment requirements and suitable for industrial production.
