The invention discloses a forced nucleus retention method in nucleated pearl cultivation and a nucleus retainer used in the method. The nucleus retainer comprises a nucleus retaining bar and a base, wherein the nucleus retaining bar is used for retaining a nucleus, and the base is used for fastening the nucleus retaining bar to a pearl shell. The method includes: fastening the base to the edge of the pearl shell through bolts or fastening the base to the outer side of the pearl shell in an adhered manner, extending one end of the nucleus retaining bar into an outer holding cavity of the pearl shell, exerting certain pressure to hold the nucleus retaining bar onto the outer side of a visceral sac at the position of the nucleus, and fastening the other end of the nucleus retaining bar onto the base; placing the pearl shell in culture water for 10 to 15 days of temporary culture, and removing the nucleus retainer; and forcedly retaining the nucleus which is implanted and has a wound healed in the pearl shell without 'exposure'. The forced nucleus retention method and the nucleus retainer are effective in nucleus fixation, nucleus retention rate of nucleus implanted shells can reach 100% under experimental conditions, and the problem that a nucleus of a large nucleated pearl is 'exposed' during culturing is solved.

The invention discloses stenotrophomonas rhizophila S11 capable of preventing and treating rice blast diseases of rice. The stenotrophomonas rhizophila S11 is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center, and the preservation number is CGMCC No.18346. The invention discloses an application of the stenotrophomonas rhizophila S11 to preparation of medicines for preventingand treating the rice blast diseases of the rice. Besides, the invention discloses an antibiological inoculant capable of preventing and treating the rice blast diseases of the rice, a preparation method of the antibiological inoculant, and an application of the antibiological inoculant to prevention and treatment of the rice blast diseases of the rice. The antibiological inoculant contains the stenotrophomonas rhizophila S11. Through determination by a flat face-to-face culturing method, the inventor of the invention finds that the S11 strain has high antagonistic action on magnaporthe oryzae/pyricularia oryzae, and the diameter of an inhibition zone can reach 44mm; and green house inoculation and field experiment both indicate that the S11 antibiological inoculant can effectively prevent and treat the rice blast diseases of the rice. Therefore, the stenotrophomonas rhizophila S11 strain disclosed by the invention can be used for biological prevention and treatment of the rice blastdiseases of the rice, and has great popularization and application prospects.

The bacteriostat from Jatropha curcas provided by the invention can be used for restraining fungus which is fostered by bacteria, has ultra-strong sterilization feature, and is characterized by full nutriments.
