The method is characterized in that the diesel oil is deacidified by calcium hydroxide-loaded active argil serving as an adsorbent and the adsorbent after deacidification is recycled at the same time so as to prepare the bentonite naphthenate, and specifically comprises the following steps of: adding the calcium hydroxide-loaded active argil into the primarily deacidified diesel oil, performing deacidification under stirring and filtering to obtain the finished diesel oil with the acid value of less than 2mg KOH / 100mL and a filter cake; adding the filter cake into the raw diesel oil with the acid value of 15 to 50mg KOH / 100mL, performing deacidification under stirring and filtering to obtain the primarily deacidified diesel oil and a bentonite naphthenate filter cake, and returning the primarily deacidified diesel oil for secondary deacidification; and recycling residual diesel oil from the bentonite naphthenate filter cake and drying and crushing the bentonite naphthenate filter cake to obtain the bentonite naphthenate with the organic content of 15 to 30 percent. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that: the adsorbent is relatively cheap calcium hydroxide-loaded active argil, and the using amount of the adsorbent is below 1 percent. During the deacidification, the bentonite naphthenate is produced, and therefore the pollution of solid waste is avoided and certain economic benefits are made.
