The invention provides a
dendrobium officinale health beverage. The
dendrobium officinale health beverage is prepared from the following components in percentage by
mass: 16%-20% of
dendrobium officinale, 7%-13% of American ginsengs, 17%-22% of wolfberry fruits, 9%-12% of manyflower solomonseal
rhizome, 7%-11% of lily, 6%-10% of
tremella, 14%-20% of red dates, 2%-6% of honey and 4%-8% of fructo-
oligosaccharide. A preparation method comprises the following steps: washing the raw materials; chopping the American ginsengs and the manyflower solomonseal
rhizome into sections; adding pure water into all the raw materials respectively, and carrying out reflowing extraction; combining extracting solutions; cooling the combined extracting solution and adding the honey and the fructo-
oligosaccharide; and uniformly stirring, and adding pure water and sufficiently mixing to obtain the
dendrobium officinale health beverage. By virtue of the
dendrobium officinale health beverage, the problems that the
nutrition is not balanced and the requirements of consumers on nourishing and health maintaining cannot be met according to an existing
dendrobium officinale beverage are solved; and the health beverage has a pure taste, is fresh and tasty, and has the effects of helping produce
saliva and slake
thirst, clearing away heat, moistening
dryness, nourishing yin, moistening
lung, adjusting intestines and
stomach, and enhancing
