The invention discloses a self-
adhesive waterproof roll material for color steel roofs of buildings. The self-
adhesive waterproof roll material is of a multilayer
layered structure. A covering layer, a self-
adhesive waterproof layer, a non-
woven fabric reinforcement layer, another self-adhesive waterproof layer and a partition layer are sequentially combined with one another to form the multilayer
layered structure, and the self-adhesive waterproof
layers comprise modified
asphalt mixtures made of
asphalt,
base oil, resin, recycled
butyl rubber powder and
calcite powder. A method for manufacturing the self-adhesive waterproof roll material includes adding the
asphalt and the
base oil into a reaction kettle according to weights, heating and stirring the asphalt and the
base oil to remove water so as to obtain first mixtures, adding the resin into the first mixtures when the temperatures of the first mixtures reach certain temperatures, stirring the resin, uniformly dissolving the resin to obtain second mixtures, adding the recycled
butyl rubber powder into the second mixtures when the temperatures of the heated second mixtures reach certain temperatures, stirring the recycled
butyl rubber powder to obtain third mixtures, adding the
calcite powder into the third mixtures, stirring the
calcite powder to obtain fourth mixtures, cooling the fourth mixtures to obtain the modified asphalt mixtures;
coating the modified asphalt mixtures on
polyester felt and
fiber glass gridding cloth composite felt to obtain the finished roll material. The self-adhesive waterproof roll material and the method have the advantages that the self-adhesive waterproof roll material is superior to all other domestic self-adhesive roll materials of the same category and is high in high-temperature-resistant property and practicality;
sunlight can be effectively reflected by the covering layer, accordingly, the self-adhesive waterproof roll material is high in heat-insulation and aging-resistant properties and adhesion, and the temperatures of the roofs can be effectively lowered.
