The invention relates to a water-based
emulsion composite blocking remover, and belongs to the technical filed of
petroleum water injection wells and
oil well plug removal, yield increase and injection increase liquids. The water-based
emulsion composite blocking remover is prepared by mixing an inorganic blocking remover with an organic blocking remover according to a
mass part ratio of 4-6:1; a complex long-chain
fatty acid monoalkyl ester and
polyol organic polyether ester mixture is adopted as the organic blocking remover to effectively prevent
crude oil emulsification and organic scale formation in oil reservoirs, resolves emulsification and organic scale plugging, and is in favor or recovering the
crude oil and increasing the injection of water injection wells. A stratum mineral total rock analysis result shows that the water-based
emulsion composite blocking remover adopting a concentration of an
organic acid can remove plugging near inorganic scales, has very good reservoir reconstruction characteristic and very good compatibleness with a
reservoir fluid, has a good comprehensive plug removal effect on
organic matter plugging, and is simple to produce. The problems of severe influences of only treatment of inorganic scales, strong
corrosion ability of the inorganic scales, poor plug removal effect of the organic scale plugging and weak
corrosion ability of organic scales on the injection ability of the water injection wells and the production power of oil wells are solved.
