saline-alkaline land. The microbial improver is prepared by the following steps: preparinghigh-
sulfur composite microbial
powder; preparing an organic additive; preparing a medium
trace element additive; mixing the high-
sulfur composite microbial
powder, the organic additive and the medium
trace element additive in a weight ratio of (45 to 60) to (15 to 40) to (15 to 25), and stirring uniformly to obtain the microbial improver for
saline-alkaline land. According to the microbial improver provided by the invention, a culture medium is broadly inoculated with a plurality of strains are broadly connected to a culture medium, and performing culturing is performed to maturity in an
incubator to obtain mixed microbial liquid; then, high-
sulfur coal gangue powder subjected to
grinding, screening and ultrasonic treatment is mixed with the mixed microbial liquid, and the mixture is fermented to obtain high-sulfur
coal gangue composite microbial liquid; then, a
solid fermentation substrate is inoculatinged with the composite microbial liquid to a
solid fermentation substrate, and performing fermenting,
drying and
grinding are performed to obtain the high-sulfur composite microbial powder. The high-sulfur composite microbial powder, the organic additive and the medium
trace element additive are mixed proportionally and stirred uniformly to obtain the microbial improver for
saline-alkaline land; after application, the
crop growth index can be remarkably improved, and the cropyield is increased.
