The invention discloses a method for using carbodiimide catalyzed amino-terminated hyperbranched polymers for leather tanning, and particularly relates to a method which is characterized in that the carbodiimide catalyzed amino-terminated hyperbranched polymers and a raw leather collagen fiber net generate multi-point covalent cross-linking; in the tanning step, the carbodiimide catalyzed amino-terminated hyperbranched polymers and the raw leather collagen fiber net are used for generating multi-point covalent cross-linking, so that the amino-terminated hyperbranched polymers and the raw leather collagen fiber net are used for generating multi-point covalent cross-linking, and thus the damp heat resistance stability and other physical mechanical performance of finished product leather tanned by the amino-terminated hyperbranched polymers can be improved. Under the catalysis of the carbodiimide, the amino-terminated hyperbranched polymers have the capability of singly bearing a tanningagent; a filling agent is re-tanned; the application range of the amino-terminated hyperbranched polymers to leather chemical engineering is expanded. The tanning method provided by the invention usescarbodiimide as the tanning catalyst, and uses the amino-terminated hyperbranched polymers as basic materials; when the method is applied to the leather tanning work section, the finished product leather has the advantages of good damp heat resistance stability, excellent physical mechanical performance, richness, softness and the like are realized.

Surface-functionalized spherical nano silicon dioxide-graphene oxide/polymer-based compound tanning agent and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a surface-functionalized spheroidal nano SiO2-graphene oxide / polymer-based compound tanning agent and a preparation method of the surface-functionalized spheroidal nano SiO2-graphene oxide / polymer-based compound tanning agent. The prepared novel nano compound tanning agent is good in solubleness in a water phase and is quite beneficial to permeation and absorption of tanning agent molecules. The spherical nano compound tanning agent can more easily permeate in and fill in gaps of leather collagen fibers under the effect of mechanical force of a revolving drum due to small friction resistance. When the tanning agent is used for tanning sheep wet white leather, the thickening rate of the leather can reach 189%, and the leather utilization rate is greatly improved. Theshrinkage temperature of the tanned leather can reach 80 DEG C or above, after compounding of 0.5% chrome tanning, the shrinkage temperature can reach 95 DEG C or above, hydrothermal stability of theleather is remarkably improved, and the requirement for using performance of the finished leather is met. The tanned leather has the certain electrical resistance and fire resistance. The novel nanocompound tanning agent can partially replace chrome tanning, and a novel thought and a novel method are provided for clean chrome-free tanning research.

Preparation method of retanning agent, retanning agent and application of retanning agent

The invention discloses a preparation method of a retanning agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying a dialdehyde monomer to obtain partially sulfonated dialdehyde; thensubjecting the partially sulfonated dialdehyde to a nucleophilic addition reaction with an amino monomer so as to generate an amino resin prepolymer containing a sulfonic acid group; and adding an etherifying agent to seal free aldehyde groups so as to obtain the amino resin retanning agent, wherein a molar ratio of primary amino groups in the amino monomer to the aldehyde groups in a dialdehyde monomer is 1: 1.3 to 1: 3, and the proportion of unreacted aldehyde groups in the partially sulfonated dialdehyde is 40%-90%. The invention further provides the retanning agent and application thereof.According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the water solubility and dispersity of the amino resin prepolymer and the retanning agent product are improved, so the retanning agentis good in quality and high in comprehensive performance, and the retanning performance of the retanning agent is comparable with the retanning performance of a traditional amino resin retanning agent.
