The invention discloses a method for preparing a magnetic
copper ion imprinting material from steel
pickling waste liquid and application of the method. The method comprises the following steps: adding the steel
pickling waste liquid into a
chitosan acid solution, and uniformly mixing; adjusting the pH to 9-11, heating to react to generate black precipitate, separating the black precipitate out and putting the black precipitate into a
copper salt solution, and adding a cross-linking agent for cross-linking reaction; washing the product to be neutral, and eluting the product with the acid solution until no
copper ion is contained; performing
magnetic separation to obtain the magnetic product namely the magnetic copper
ion imprinting material. With adoption of the method, high efficiency and simpleness are realized,
high energy consumption instruments such as an ultrasonic apparatus are not needed; the obtained magnetic copper ion imprinting material has high specific adsorbability to copper ions, can be recycled, is stable in chemical properties, does not release toxic substances, and is free of secondary
pollution; the water liquid serves as an
iron source, so that the
waste material is turned into things of value, the cost is decreased, and the
pollution is reduced. An excellent application prospect is realized for comprehensive utilization of steel
pickling water liquid and treatment of copper-containing
wastewater, and huge environmental and economical benefits are realized.
