The invention relates to a heat insulation window film capable of blocking 
ultraviolet rays. The heat insulation window film comprises a scratch-resistant layer (1), a first 
polyester film or 
polyethylene film base material (2-1), a heat insulation 
adhesive layer (3), a second 
polyester film or 
polyethylene film base material (2-2), an 
ultraviolet blocking 
pressure sensitive adhesive layer (4) and a release film (5) which are compounded to form a 
whole body, wherein the scratch-resistant layer (1) is obtained by 
coating with a mixture of a scratch-resistant agent, 
ethyl acetate and methylbenzene and then carrying out 
ultraviolet curing; the heat insulation 
adhesive layer (3) is obtained by 
coating with a mixture of heat insulation substance, a bonding agent, a curing agent, 
butanone and methylbenzene and then carrying out 
thermal curing; the ultraviolet blocking 
pressure sensitive adhesive layer (4) is obtained by 
coating with a mixture of a 
diphenyl ketone type ultraviolet absorber, a 
benzotriazole type ultraviolet absorber, an 
acrylic acid bonding agent, a curing agent and a 
solvent and then carrying out 
thermal curing. The heat insulation window film not only is capable of blocking ultraviolet rays for a long time, but also has effects of heat insulation and 
energy conservation.
