The anode and cathode diaphragm malposition detection method for the lamination cell comprises the following steps: 1) irradiating by two-time complementary X-ray light, and calculating the malposition length L and the malposition width W on an anode and cathode diaphragm angular position A by malposition numerical values D1 and D2 measured by two-time irradiation and an angle alpha of incidence; 2) with the same method, measuring the malposition length L' and the malposition width W' of an anode and cathode diaphragm on a cell angular position B to be detected; and 3) comparing the measured L, W, L' and W' with the specified anode and cathode diaphragm malposition specification to judge whether the cell to be detected is a qualified product. According to the anode and cathode diaphragm malposition detection method for the lamination cell, which is disclosed by the invention, a detection method of double angles of incidence and double angular positions, the anode and cathode diaphragm malposition distance of the lamination cell is detected, poor malposition cell erroneous judgment which has big possibility of happening in the traditional single angle detection method and potential safety hazards caused by erroneous judgment can be effectively avoided, and therefore safety risks caused by the insufficient anode and cathode diaphragm malposition of a finished product battery is lowered.
